Common Issues and Solutions

Issue 1: Uploading Media Fails

  • Solution:

    • Ensure your upload file size does not exceed the platform's maximum limit of 20MB. Use a free file compressor before (this will not effect the output quality as we have our own quality enhancing algorithm)

    • Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable. Remote countries, may not be able to have a good cloud connection.

    • Try uploading a different file format (e.g., JPG, PNG, MP4).

    • Try to upload on Mobile

    • If the problem persists, contact customer support with details of the issue.

Issue 2: SceneSwap Feature Not Applying Background Correctly

  • Solution:

    • Ensure that the foreground subject is well-lit and has clear, defined edges.

    • Try using a different background to see if the issue persists. Try to describe the issue or fit it into your prompt.

    • If the issue continues, report it to customer support for further assistance.

Issue 3: Poor Image or Video Quality After Editing

  • Solution:

    • Use the highest-resolution images or videos as the input that can still fit within the upload file limit.

    • Ensure your device's display settings are correctly configured, and you are not compressing them.

    • For persistent quality issues, reach out to support with examples of the problem.
