Cancelling Membership

Steps to Cancel Membership

  1. Log In: Sign in to your Spoofzy account.

  2. Navigate to Manage Membership: Navigate to /start, go to the "Membership" section and then "Manage Membership" and confirm your identity using your signup email.

  3. Stripe Customer Portal: You will be taken to the stripe customer portal service where you can manage your subscription, download invoices and more. Full features can be found here.

  4. Cancel Subscription: In the "Subscription" section, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

  5. Confirm Cancellation: Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will be asked to provide a reason for cancelling to help us improve our services.

  6. Cancellation Confirmation: Once confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled at the next payment date, and no further payments will be taken.

Your access to premium features will remain until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account will revert to the Free Plan

Information on What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation

  • Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, allowing you to reactivate your account without data loss.

  • Data Deletion: After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This includes all spoofing history, GIFs, voice notes, and any other personalized settings.

  • Data Export: Before cancelling, you have the option to export your data. Navigate to the "Data Management" section in your account settings and select "Export Data" to download a copy of your data in a portable format.

If you decide to return to Spoofzy in the future, you will need to start with a new account and configure your settings again.
